Registration
Registration for ATVA 2015
Welcome to ATVA 2015 conference. Early registration rate is applicable by 15 August.
Information about Registration
- For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors should complete the author registration before 15 August, 2015; other participants can choose the early registration (by 15 August) or the late registration (after 15 August).
- Each ATVA registration fee covers:
- (a) Conference proceedings and program
- (b) Access to conference sessions
- (c) Coffee breaks and lunches through 12-15th October
- (d) Reception on 12th and banquet on 13th October

Important! Registration notes:
- We provide two ways for the payment: one is via bank transfer and the other is via online payment by credit card. Due to the unstable network in China, we suggest to choose the bank transfer that is preferred as more reliable.
- If you choose the online payment, please use IE browser to do the online payment, other browsers like Chrome are not well supported.
- If you choose the online payment, after completing the payment, please click the button "Pay Completed" and the receipt will be generated automatically. If you pay online successfully, please tell us with your name and paper ID by sending us an email to: atva2015@sei.ecnu.edu.cn
- If you choose the bank transfer, after completing the bank transfer, please scan the bank receipt and send it to us by email to: atva2015@sei.ecnu.edu.cn

Note: Each accepted paper should complete at least one author registration before 15 August 2015 to have your paper included in the proceedings.
Visa
Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China; Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.
You may need an invitation letter to get a visa in the nearest Chinese Embassy/Consulate. To get the invitation letter, please contact atva2015@sei.ecnu.edu.cn and provide:
- Full Name (exactly as in your passport)
- Passport Number
- Your Nationality
- The dates you expect to arrive and depart China
We will email you the signed letter which will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, your detailed correspondence that will be extracted from your enquiry.
Accommodation
We provide the hotel reservation service and some suggestion for other hotels you may prefer.

Notes:
- We provide a discounted price for the Guoman Hotel. You can make the reservation through our registration system. (630CNY/Night including breakfast.) Payment is made directly at the hotel when you check in.

Conference place
The conference sessions will be held at the Maths Building, East China Normal University (old campus).
The lunch will be provided at the Liwa Restaurant.

Travel information to reach the East China Normal University and the hotel
Important note about the taxi: if you plan to take a taxi at the Hongqiao or Pudong International Airport, be careful to follow the directions to the official taxi zone. Even there, please ignore everyone offering you a trip without using the taximeter; pay only the amount reported on the receipt printed by the taximeter.
Note about the subway: the fare of a subway trip depends on the distance between the origin and the destination of your trip. When you buy the ticket at an automatic vending machine, you need to know the line and the station corresponding to your destination, so to choose the right fare. More details can be found on the Shanghai Metro website.
From the Hongqiao International Airport
- Take the Line 2 at the Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2 station with direction Pudong International Airport.
- Get off after 5 stops at the Zhongshan Park station and commute to the Line 4 with clockwise/inner direction.
- Get off after 1 stop at the Jinshajiang Road station.
The Jinjiang Inn and the East China Normal University are just at the south-west of the exit 5 of the Jinshajiang Road station (to reach the exit 5, follow the directions to Line 13).
If you are accommodated at the Guoman Hotel or at the Marriott Hotel, at the Jinshajiang Road station
- Commute to the Line 13 with direction Jinyun Road.
- Get off after 1 stop at the Daduhe Road station.
The Guoman Hotel and the Marriott Hotel can be reached by taking the exit 1 and walking to the south along the Daduhe road.
From the Pudong International Airport
- Take the Line 2 at the Pudong International Airport station with direction Guanglan Road.
- Get off after 8 stops at the Guanglan Road station and commute to the Line 2 with direction East Xujing. This change of train is due to the different length of the trains on the two tracks of Line 2.
- Get off after 14 stops at the Zhongshan Park station and commute to the Line 4 with clockwise/inner direction.
- Get off after 1 stop at the Jinshajiang Road station.
Alternatively, you can try the Maglev train from the Pudong International Airport, for 45/55CNY:
- Take the maglev (50CNY, reduced to 40CNY if you show your flying ticket or electronic ticket) at the Pudong International Airport station with direction Longyang Road.
- Get off at the Longyang Road station and take the subway Line 2 with direction East Xujing. Note that you need to buy a new ticket (5CNY) for the subway trip.
- Get off after 11 stops at the Zhongshan Park station and commute to the Line 4 with clockwise/inner direction.
- Get off after 1 stop at the Jinshajiang Road station.

Taxi address cards
If you plan to take a taxi, download and print these address cards that you can show to the taxi driver. The document contains the address and the indications in Chinese and English for reaching the East China Normal University and the hotels.
